COLLECTOR’S NOTES:

The Incredible Hulk was a weekly CBS television series. It ran for five seasons beginning March 10, 1978 and lasted until June 2, 1982. Bill Bixby played Dr. Bruce Banner. When transformed into The Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno played the green guy. Bixby and Ferrigno starred in hree Incredible Hulk movies after the TV series demise. In 2003, a Universal Pictures film, The Hulk, debuted in June. It was written by James Schamus and directed by Ang Lee. All the movies and TV programs were based on Stan Lee's original comic idea of The Incredible Hulk.

The character was also made into an animated cartoon on three separate occasions. Thirteen episodes aired on Marvel Super Heros from 1966-1967. A brighter green version debuted on NBC in September 19, 1982 and lasted until 1984, sharing the hour, Saturday morning limelight with Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends. From 1996-98 there were twenty-one episodes for The Incredible Hulk and Friends show.
